2. Product Condition & Description

• All items sold at Upcycle Design Centre are second-hand, vintage, or antique and are sold in ‘as-is’ condition.

• While we strive to provide accurate descriptions and photographs, variations in colour, condition, and wear may exist.

• Customers are encouraged to inspect items before purchasing.

3. No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds

• Due to the nature of second-hand goods, all sales are final, as each item is unique, we are unable to replace like for like.

• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless required by Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

• Customers must assess the item’s suitability before purchase.
   

4. Warranties & Liability

• Upcycle Design Centre does not provide warranties on second-hand goods.
   

5. Delivery & Pickup

• Customers are responsible for arranging transportation of purchased items.

• We offer local delivery services for an additional fee, subject to availability. For a quote, please indicate access (ie; stairs, and how many), and location. Delivery fees are non refundable. Inaccurate delivery scope (ie: stairs not advised) will incur an additional fee (typically minimum $90 + hourly fee). 

• Items must be collected within 7 days of purchase; otherwise, storage fees may apply.

• We can work with your courier should you wish to arrange your own collection and delivery.
   

6. Custom Orders & Holds

• We may offer a holding period for items upon request with a deposit. The deposit is non-refundable if the item is not collected within the agreed timeframe.

• Custom orders, modifications, or restoration requests may be subject to additional fees and extended timelines.
   

7. Payment Terms

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
   

8. Privacy Policy

• Any personal information collected during transactions is used solely for business purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
   

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

• Upcycle Design Centre reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

• Any updates will be effective immediately upon posting in-store or on our website.
